More than software. We can help operate the workflow.
Some laboratories need a system. Some need capacity. Most need both, in different proportions at different times. These services are the third layer — trained operational people working inside your platform, your roles and your audit trail.
Software, automation and people are three different answers
Selling all three only works if we are explicit about which one is solving a given problem. Every service page below separates platform capability from managed operational work.
Software
LIS, portals, billing, analytics and integrations built as one system with a shared data model — not modules bolted together after the fact.
Automation
Document AI, extraction, validation, routing and integrations that remove the repetitive steps between a fax arriving and an order existing.
Services
Trained operational support for data entry, eFax, results and billing when a laboratory needs capacity rather than another system to run.
What we can run for you
Lab Data Entry
Trained staff handling registration, demographics, insurance and order entry against your workflow rules.

Technology plus managed RCM: eligibility, claims, denials, AR follow-up, ERA processing and posting.

Launching a laboratory
Launching a new laboratory?
A new laboratory has to make every technology decision at once, usually while also doing everything else. We provide the roadmap and the implementation, so the platform is configured around your intended workflow rather than assembled around whatever was decided first.
- Workflow planning
- LIS setup and configuration
- Lab portal setup
- Test catalog configuration
- Provider and facility setup
- Billing configuration
- Integration planning
- User roles and access model
- Operational workflow design
- Reporting and dashboards
- Workflow automation
- Training and go-live support
Scaling a laboratory
Already operating a laboratory?
Established laboratories rarely need everything replaced. They need specific things fixed — usually the boundaries between systems — in an order that does not stop the laboratory while it happens.
- Platform modernization
- Workflow automation
- System migration
- Billing optimization
- Workflow optimization
- EMR integration
- Operational dashboards
- AI automation
- Multi-location expansion
Common questions
Do we have to replace our current LIS to work with you?
No. Many engagements begin with a single workflow — document intake, eligibility, results delivery or billing — connected to the existing system by interface. Replacing the system of record is a decision to make on its own merits, not a precondition.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the number of interfaces, the state of the data being migrated and how much workflow design is needed first. We scope both before proposing a schedule, because a timeline given before scoping is a guess presented as a commitment.
Can we start with managed services and add the platform later?
Yes, and some laboratories do exactly that — starting with eFax or data entry support against their existing system, then moving workflows onto the platform as it makes sense.
Who owns our data?
You do. Data ownership, export rights and what happens at the end of an engagement are written into the contract rather than left implied.
Ready to modernize your laboratory?
Whether you need a complete LIS, billing infrastructure, workflow automation, integrations, or managed operational support, let's build the right solution for your laboratory.
