GetLabServices is a healthcare technology company focused specifically on laboratory workflows — the whole path from an order arriving to revenue being collected, including the parts that usually fall between systems.
We believe laboratory technology should connect the entire operational lifecycle instead of forcing laboratories to manage disconnected systems.
Most laboratories do not have a software problem. They have a boundary problem. The LIS works. The billing system works. The portal works. What does not work is the space between them, and that space is where the manual data entry, the duplicate records, the lost turnaround time and the unexplained denials live.
Every laboratory ends up staffing those boundaries. People re-key information from one system into another, chase faxes, check eligibility in a portal, reconcile send-outs in a spreadsheet, and answer 'where is my result?' by checking three places. That work is invisible in every system's feature list and entirely visible on the payroll.
So we build for the whole path rather than a segment of it. One order record that intake, testing, results, delivery and billing all read from. Automation that removes the mechanical steps between them. And, where a laboratory would rather have capacity than another system to run, trained people who work the queues.

State what is true
We do not claim certifications we do not hold, integrations that are not built, or performance figures we cannot support. Every integration on this site carries a status, and where proof would normally sit you will find a marked placeholder instead of an invention.
Automation with a person in the loop
The automation layer reads, extracts, validates and routes. People approve. Records that fail validation or fall below a confidence threshold are held for review rather than pushed through, because the cost of a wrong record at volume is not symmetric with the cost of a review.
Failures should be visible
The dangerous failure in laboratory software is not an error message — it is silence. Messages that fail queue with their reason. Unmapped codes surface. A send-out that never came back becomes an exception rather than a phone call from a client.
